Every year the Hockey Club sends at least one team of University of Auckland students to uni games during the mid semester break in the first semester. 2011 Uni GamesIn 2011 AUT University hosted the Super City Uni Games. The University of Auckland entered 2 Men's and Women's teams and each A team won gold, helping the University of Auckland win the overall tournament. 2010 Uni GamesIn 2010 S.I.T.
hosted the games in Invercargill and we sent down a team of keen boys
to play some hockey and have some fun, earning a silver medal for their
efforts. |
