For a hockey player to qualify for the award, they must play for AUHC, and represent Auckland at U21 level or above (or equivalent level).

Can I attend NZ University Games?

The Games have been offered in some form since 1902 and have been a vital part of the sporting development of thousands of young Kiwis keen to continue their sport from school to Varsity. AUHC has sent a team to this competition for many years, and it is a fantastic few days of hockey and socialising.
